eFile Repair Services

eFile Repair is available for any eFile, regardless if it was purchased from KNS or not. You DO NOT need an appointment to drop off your eFile for repair during store hours. If you are not able to drop-off/pick up your eFile during store hours, shipping is available. Cost covers shipping labels and return labels. Please choose the correct option when paying for your Repair Services. 

Common Repairs that can be serviced:

-Broken Drill Bit

-Misfiring Handpiece

-Blown Handpiece Motor (except Kiara Sky) 

-Wire Shortages

-Reassembly of eFile

Please allow 1-2 business days from the time your file is recieved by KNS for repairs to be completed. 

If your drill is beyond a repairable state, you will be refunded minus incurred shipping costs and $5 diagnostic. Your drill will be returned to you.
