What is your processing time? Most online orders are processed within 5 business days. SHIPPING TIME IS NOT INCLUDED IN PROCESSING TIME. Kreativ Nail Supply is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TIMING OR DELAYS BY SHIPPING CARRIER. We offer expedited processing as a shipping option. Expedited processing are usually same day or next business day. Do not call, email or show up to ask about the status of a shipment unless it has been more than 10 business days. 

Do I need a license to shop online or in-store? No. All are welcome. 

Can I place a pick-up order if you have a store? Yes. Choose pick up during checkout. Be sure to pick up your order during business hours and within 2 business days. Orders not picked up within 2 business days of recieving “pick up ready” email, will be considered abandoned. Order will be refunded minus a $20 restocking fee. We will NOT ship a pick up order. 

I don’t have a debit/credit card. Can I still order online? YES! When you are done shopping, go to the checkout and select what other form of payment you would like to use. We accept PayPal, ApplePay GooglePay, AmazonPay, SamsungPay, Zip (Formerly known as QuadPay), Sezzle, Klarna, AfterPay, SplitIt, and Bitcoin! 

Where are you located? 9506-D Monroe Road Charlotte, NC 28270. We are open from 10AM-6PM Monday through Saturday . We are closed on Sundays. 

I want to pay with cash. Can I still order? If you only have cash, please come in person to shop.  

Do you have everything on the website in inventory? Yes. Our inventory updates in real time.

What shipping carrier do you use? UPS Ground Shipping. Only in rare situations, will we use USPS such as PO Boxes, Military addresses, etc. 

Do you accept returns? No. Unless it was an error on Kreativ Nail Supply's end, we do not issue refunds or accept returns. For in-store purchases, please check your purchase BEFORE PAYING.
