What is your processing time? Most online orders are processed within 3 business days. SHIPPING TIME IS NOT INCLUDED IN PROCESSING TIME. Kreativ Nail Supply is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TIMING OR DELAYS BY SHIPPING CARRIER. We offer expedited processing as a shipping option. Expedited processing are usually same day or next business day. Do not call, email or show up to ask about the status of a shipment unless it has been more than 3 business days. 

Do I need a license to shop online or in-store? No. All are welcome. 

Why can't I place a pick-up order if you have a store? If you would like to pick up products from our store, please come shop in person during business hours. All payment options accepted online, are accepted in-store.

I don’t have a debit/credit card. Can I still order online? YES! When you are done shopping, go to the checkout and select what other form of payment you would like to use. We accept PayPal, ApplePay GooglePay, AmazonPay, SamsungPay, Zip (Formerly known as QuadPay), Sezzle, Klarna, AfterPay, SplitIt etc.

Where are you located? 9506-D Monroe Road Charlotte, NC 28270. We are open from 10AM-6PM Monday through Saturday . We are closed on Sundays. 

I want to pay with cash. Can I still order? If you only have cash, please come in person to shop.  

Do you have everything on the website in inventory? Yes. Our inventory updates in real time.

What shipping carrier do you use? UPS Ground Shipping. Only in rare situations, will we use USPS. 

Do you accept returns? No. Unless it was an error on Kreativ Nail Supply's end, we do not issue refunds or accept returns. For in-store purchases, please check your purchase before PAYING.
