Refund policy

Due to the sanitary nature of nail supplies, returns are not allowed. We do not issue refunds, only store credit. We will compare a picture of your order against the confirmation pictures of all order Kreativ Nail Supply keeps on file. If it is discovered that we are at fault, a store credit or corrected order will be issued within 5 business days. Refunds are not allowed because dislike of product. Refunds are not allowed if product was received in good order. We do not refund or cancel orders that already have a shipping label created. Refunds are not issued for items damaged in transit. Please file a claim with the shipping provider.  We are not responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
