*For all orders placed online for Black Friday on any calendar year there will be no refunds or cancellations of orders. We are expecting a surplus of orders for Black Friday, so we will extend the processing time for orders for up to 14 calendar days.

Kreativ Nail Supply guarantees to have your order fulfilled and tracking information emailed to the email address on file within 5 business days. Please inform us of any changes that need to made to your shipping method via email at Orders@KreativNailSupply.com. Orders that have already have a shipping label created cannot be cancelled. 

We are not responsible for delayed shipping inconveniences by USPS, UPS or any shipping carrier. We will not refund any shipping charges, or merchandise costs due to delays or error in part by chosen shipping carrier or shipping method. Guarantees on shipping times are made by shipping carrier, not KreativLee Nails LLC. 

If the purchase is returned to us from the shipping carrier, we are under no obligation to refund shipping charges. We may refund the order, minus any shipping costs incurred by KreativLee Nails LLC. Keep in mind, we incur shipping costs on all shipped orders, regardless of how much you were charged for shipping. Any re-mailed merchandise will be shipped via the shipping method and speed of our choice  due to KreativLee Nails LLC incurring additional shipping costs. If your merchandise is in possession of the shipping carrier and you are having any issues with the delivery of your merchandise, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve your issue. Disputes will not be issued in your favor due to shipping carrier delays. 

Please note: Shortage, discrepancy or damage in a shipment must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please do not discard any boxes or wrapping supplies until the issue is resolved.

Pick Orders are emailed or texted a pick up ready notification when the order has been fulfilled. We are not responsible for incorrectly submitted contact information.
